It's been a month since beginning this great class Your Courageous Year. I painted this little sign to put around in different places to remind me of all that I am learning. The year is all about doing what it is that you want to do. It is about taking those things you've been afraid of trying and leaping in anyway. It is about taking the big or the small and making it work for you. It is about doing. It is about being in the moment...Being. The year is about diving into those things that you have been putting off in your life. It's about permission. It's about accountability. So much of it is all about exploration...in all those places that perhaps you haven't been looking before. Mindful exploration with focused determination...allowing gentleness, joy and play to create a Big Life!
It is the journey that gives the story worth...

this is the year...
It's been a month since beginning this great class Your Courageous Year. I painted this little sign to put around in different places to remind me of all that I am learning.
